Two Founders, One Uncompromising Standard
When Phillip Koenig and Casey Brown joined forces, they brought together backgrounds few building companies can match — production construction leadership, a decade of law enforcement service, and genuine community roots — all channeled into one focused team.
- Together, the founders managed more than 100 ground-up home builds before ever launching their own company.
- After ten years with the Dallas Sheriff's Department, Phillip entered residential building in 2020, sharpening his skills with major production builders.
- The two connected in 2024 on the same production team, pairing Casey's industry depth with Phillip's SWAT-honed precision.
- Buffalo Ridge opened its doors in February 2025 — and crossed $1 million in business just three months later.
The Foundation of Every Successful Build

- James Telles Kitchen And Master Bath Remodel
Kitchen and master bath remodel. Everyone I dealt with was professional and transparent. On time, on budget and made sure my wife and I understood the process clearly. Was available whenever I reached out. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends in need of home renovations.

Over the past month we employed Buffalo Ridge Construction to do many things at our home, including replacing rotten exterior wood, glass in several windows, water-damaged sheetrock and rain gutters, adding built-in shelving, removing wallpaper, replacing floor tile, and some interior and exterior painting.

This is the third time we have used Phillip to do work for us. We highly recommend them! - Matt Price New Build Construction
I had great success and a smooth experience with Buffalo Ridge. Start to finish, Phillip’s communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were on another level. Showed up when they said they would, kept the jobsite clean, and walked me through every step so I always knew what was happening, even through some unforeseen delays.

Quality of their work speaks for itself. Everything was done right the first time, and if it wasn't, they’d correct it. No shortcuts and no surprises. It’s rare these days to find a company that takes this much pride in what they do, but they absolutely do.
If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and highly skilled construction company, I can’t recommend Buffalo Ridge Construction enough. They truly earned every one of these five stars.
